Q: How long does a typical project take?

Simple integrations and automations can be done in a few days. More complex systems with multiple tools, AI agents, and custom logic typically take one to four weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline in your quote.

Q: What if my needs change after the project is done?

We're here for that. Businesses evolve, and your automations should evolve with them. We offer ongoing support for updates, adjustments, and new builds.

Q: Will I be able to make changes myself?

Depending on the platform and complexity, yes. We document everything we build and walk your team through it. For simpler automations, you may be able to make adjustments yourself. For more complex systems, we're a quick message away.

Q: Is there a monthly fee after the project is built?

The build itself is a one-time project cost. If the automation runs on a platform that has its own subscription (like GoHighLevel or Make), you'd pay that platform's fee directly. If you want us to monitor, maintain, or update your automations on an ongoing basis, we can set up a support retainer — but it's never required.

Q: How is this different from the AI Chat & Voice service?

AI Chat & Voice is a specific, productized service — a chatbot on your website and a voice agent that answers your phone. AI Workflows & Automation is broader and fully custom.
